By accessing the Site or creating an account, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the service and must discontinue immediately.

2. Description of SaaS Services

iRyot provides cloud-hosted software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools for website owners, content creators, and digital marketing agencies. Key capabilities include:

• Google Search Console organic performance analysis and CTR recovery gap modeling.
• Procedural on-page title and heading optimization recommendations.
• Social media and video content repurposing studios (YouTube, Instagram Reels, Facebook).
• Multi-domain rank monitoring and client reporting features.

3. User Accounts, Free Trial & Subscriptions

Any reference to these brand names is strictly nominative to describe product compatibility, interoperability, and platform integrations. iRyot is an independent software application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other third party.

6. Performance & Search Disclaimer

While iRyot is engineered using established search engine optimization principles, search engine algorithms (including Google Search) are proprietary and subject to frequent updates. We do not provide absolute guarantees that any specific webpage will achieve a specific ranking position or click volume. Search results vary based on competition, site authority, and external market factors.

7. Cancellation and Termination

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.
